1. Company Overview

JK EXIM GROUP, based in Khammam, Telangana, India, is a registered exporter of:

• Fresh green chillies
• Coconuts (tender, husked, and semi-husked)
• Areca leaf plates

All our exports are handled through Nhava Sheva Port, India, following international quality and packaging standards.

2. Product Information

• We strive to ensure that all product details, specifications, and descriptions on our website are accurate.
• However, slight variations in product color, size, or weight may occur due to natural factors.
• All images are for representative purposes only.

3. Pricing & Validity

• Prices are generally quoted on an FOB (Free on Board) basis from Nhava Sheva Port, India.
• Price quotations remain valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• Prices may change based on market conditions, freight rates, and currency fluctuations.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and advance payment.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC) at sight.
• Standard payment terms: 40% advance and 60% before shipment or against shipping documents.
• All international bank charges are to be borne by the buyer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We export mainly through Nhava Sheva Port, India.
• Delivery time depends on product availability, packing, and vessel schedules (typically 7–15 working days).
• JK EXIM GROUP is not responsible for delays caused by customs, vessel changes, or force majeure events.

6. Packaging Standards

We ensure export-grade packaging for all products:

• Green Chillies: 4.4 kg gross / 3.8 kg net per box.
• Semi-Husked Coconuts: Packed in gunny, PP, or mesh bags.
• Areca Plates: Packed by size in strong export cartons.

Customized packaging can be arranged upon request.

7. Quality & Inspection

• All products are inspected before shipment to meet export standards.
• Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, or others) can be arranged at the buyer's expense, if required.
• Once goods are handed over to the shipping line, JK EXIM GROUP is no longer liable for damage or loss during transit.

8. Documentation Provided

We provide all standard export documents:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Phytosanitary Certificate (for fresh produce)
• Certificate of Origin (if required)
• Bill of Lading

Additional documentation can be provided based on buyer requirements.

9. Claims & Returns

• As we deal in perishable products, returns are not accepted once the shipment leaves India.
• Any claim related to quality or quantity must be supported with inspection proof and submitted within 48 hours of cargo arrival at destination.

10. Force Majeure

JK EXIM GROUP shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural calamities, strikes, transport delays, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

All business transactions with JK EXIM GROUP are governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Khammam, Telangana, India.
